Good day! Sorry to inform you that octagon keycap is not compatible with the keyboard panel used in the Onyx model.

Thank you for giving us your valuable feedback.

I have done the investigation of your RMA case, the tech team has changed your laptop battery and the laptop doesn't shutdown after the battery change. I believe you also have verified it upon laptop collection. I am sorry to hear the issue comes back again.

This time, we would be very much appreciated if you could send in your laptop for a longer period because we were only given a short period of time to test and fix the intermittent shutdown issue under battery mode.

We can also replace your laptop to another new laptop with similar specifications if you needed a quick solution.

ILLEGEAR COMMAND CENTER doesn't required UAC confirmation when loaded up.
You may check the windows UAC setting by searching UAC via windows search bar.

You may try to download and reinstall the Command Center from our support page (https://support.illegear.com/).
Please uninstall the Command Center from control panel and restart when prompted.
During installation Right on the Command Center installer and select Run as Administrator to install.
