Already retrieve my onyx G (10875h RTX 2070 16+16GB RAM BarraCuda 510 500GB).
So far cannot comment much.
I did get blue screen several time during my software installation (download & install software) and my keyboard light by default is not light up, need to go to command center to enable it every time i reboot the laptop.
And in addition, Onyx G still not listed under Illegear support driver maybe because it's new series. They didn't update the driver yet in their website.

Due to self collect it on Friday and try it out on Friday night, all my problem is not attended by support yet, maybe because it's not working day. So, just waiting for them to response on Monday perhaps.

Hi Prince J, thanks for responding,

i'm not taking picture of the blue screen during the event, but perhaps the picture I attach below could somehow help you to analyze. Please assist on identify the root cause of the blue screen.

About the keyboard backlit, please point out which setting error at my end. Is there any setting that i miss out?

Thanks for the feedback. With this kind of feedback at least i know what is going on. Don't let customer hanging and wondering what happen at your end.
