It's ok. I have already asked the sales team for the status yesterday. Apparently it's not ready yet as expected.

Just hope it can be ready before August.

Hi, on Illegear website, some models mentioned Optimus (Raven, Rogue, Prodigy, Onyx, Onyx/Selenite Pro, Selenite, Ionic, some mentioned G-sync (Ares X), but some did not mention anything (Laguna, Ares V).

1) Is Laguna and Ares V has Optimus or G-sync?
2) Any Illegear laptops with both Optimus and G-sync (optimus bypassed)?

Looks like my Onyx laptop motherboard died and cause the display backlight not to function according to illegear tech support. They need to send this all the way back to manufacturer for repairs and it will take 1-2 months!
Not sure if this is extremely long or normal wait times for laptop repairs...

anyone having issue with audio imbalance on their onyx v ryzen? Also, how do it switch from 45w to 72w power for the processor?

They locked it and then unlocked it to allow one of the guys with some hardware issues to post a positive remark before locking it again. Your guess is as good as mine why they locked it.
