Found out the issue. I need a freesync monitor with display port to display port connection to work with G-sync. The monitor i have does not have display port. SMH.

You can look at adaptive vsync in nvidia settings but i think with optimus....you can't even find that option...damn it nvidia...

Anyone upgraded battery on Onyx 8750h and 2060? How's the before and after battery life?

Tested - expect ~5 hrs of YT 720p video playback (force iGPU)

I'm still facing random laptop shutdowns due to battery regardless of battery percentage but pretty sure its' above 15%. Needs to plug in to turn my laptop back on to find that it's charging at 0% after that. anyone experience this ???? Will illegear change my battery ? don't just send to run another bloody diagnostic when i'm kinda fed up with this random shutdowns already and when the parking is so expensive there.

It sounds like a battery percentage indication error. We will replace your battery if the battery is found to be defective, will reimburse for the parking fee too.

If it's an battery indication errror.. it would cause the laptop to shutdown directly with no warning? also unable to turn back on unless i plug in charger. after on, as mentioned charging at 0%.. regardless previous prercentage was 30 or 50 or 60%..

i will try to bring it to the showroom, but can this problem be fix on the day itself or how many days needed to leave it over there at ur Oval office.?

We have to check the physical machine only knows what's the root cause of the problem. if it's battery replacement, we can replace in a day. Please send in next week wednesday onwards because most of our staff are having Raya holiday.

Any Illegear rep can tell me whether it is okay for me to upgrade Win10 to version 1903. I'm running on 1809 now with no issues but I'm looking forward to upgrade to 1903.
I am afraid the Illegear Control Center wouldn't work or some other weird stuffs happening due to bios not compatible and stuffs.

8750H+rtx2060 onyx user here as well. So far things seems to be normal. Even throttlestop and msi afterburn works as usual as well. Not sure bout XTU though as I've stopped using it since moving to throttlestop.

Anything weird about wifi you encountered ? I heard a lot of users who migrated to 1903 having issues with intermittent wifi disconnection.

So far none. Connected to vpn for 8hours during office via WiFi and it didn't even disconnect even once. If there's a disconnection surely I would notice as I need to relogin again.

Same at home. No issues. Just to note that my access point I connect to are 5ghz. Not sure bout 2.4ghz. which devices do they use anyway that heard bout the disconnection? Not illegear onyx?

There was a later update rolled out tho after 1903. Installed that one as well already few days ago.
