Recently placed booking fee to an undercon double storey terrace land size 1087sqft, built up 1020sqft. There is one guy selling off his corner lot which having 2788sqft land size and built up 1020sqft. Is that a good buy?

1087sqft = RM295,000
2789sqft = RM363,000 (RM3000 extra is for his commission) = 366,000
