if what u mean is 2 os, yes (kinda) using virtualization VMM or hypervisor, such as VirtualBox or VMware

if u mean extending/duplicating the screen, its just the matter of whether your graphic card support it or not. theres also adapter box u can use if ur graphic card doesnt support dual monitor,

yes u can use seperate monitors (screen 1 and screen 2) with one cpu running windows 10. just need to activate display setting > multiple display

Or go find a Y cable, you will get 2 similar screens on 2 diff displays

no need y cable. can see 2 different screen with 2 monitors on one os. Just activate multiple display. can work on both display at the same time!

check whether your graphics card got 2 video output or not. just connect the 2 monitors to the 2 video output.
