i think some LYN members misunderstand you. what the man says is that he made a mistake and his funds were withheld. I think it is fair, since you wouldn't want your money going to John Doe's account simply because you made a mistake.
EON Bank doesn't sell cars. If you can't read I suggest you go back to reading books rather than posting in forums. I have no qualms with EON Bank and honestly their service is better than Maybank for me. Of course Public Bank is the best IMO.
1. Did you fill up the form and send it in with photocopy MyKAD?
2. Did you get a SMS from MOL?
3. ATM PIN is sent to the address you write in the registration form
4. I suggest you call 03-21483777, the customer care can check whether your card is activated and troubleshoot for you.
Or you can top up using Maybank2U, Hong Leong Bank Online Banking, PBEBank.com etc. I love the convenience.
Your post is misleading. The ONLY MasterCard/Visa, be it debit or prepaid in Malaysia that officially supports 12 years old and above and clearly indicates it is MOL Freedom MasterCard. I do not see any other cards clearly stating this, and they are being vague. When I wanted to get one for my brother and I went to Public Bank they said NO as he is below 18 and not eligible. I called Ambank NexG and they say "should be" and ask me to try. Wow that inspires confidence.

I am using MOL Freedom.. I use it to purchase domains, for paypal, ebay, amazon.com, GSC movie tickets and use it to pay for hotel and food in India as well... in Malaysia i have no issues as it has the chip on the card and its a full fledged mastercard.. compare to ambank i think its convenient cause i can top up using maybank2u and no monthly fee.. calculate overall it is cheaper to maintain and use than ambank... i was also a nexg user before this but moved over. RM3 per month whether I use or not is simply bullshit if you asked me..maybe others rich so they can afford it.. currently it is the best out there.. plus that RM25 is really value cause i get free IMAX movie ticket and cosmo theme park ticket..its not the bullshit buy 1 free 1 voucher..its just a free ticket.. plain and simple..add up the tickets also worth more than RM25..thats what i call value!
