I just got my PB Debit card today. But i cant add it into paypal. It failed to activated... anyone know why?
Debit card, Anything about it.

Erm...is that means that i need to have money inside the debit card only i can activated it.......??
Eg. my fren transfered me paypal and i wana withdraw it using the debit card... how can it get activated?? is that need to have the money inside the debit card as well? |
