is there any problem with the T&C? thinking to apply Utar Debit Card too but i scare it'll not be recognized in some places especially in overseas.

http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/457588/+1240. please read post 1242. i dont have Maybank debit card but some forumers said it cant be used for online transaction. if it's true, i guess paying hotel doesnt work too.
