Mind to clarify more about this? Where do you use your MVD?Which site? I'm thinking of using MVD as primary card for online transaction. Kinda hassle to transfer money to Ambank everytime need to use for online purchase. Not a lot branches and interbank transfer take time n cost money.

Yeah tell us which web site can successfully make online transaction.
Been waiting for the days ever since the card is first introduce.

CIMB put their card as just ATM Card cos can't do online transaction.
Maybank so cocky straight put as Visa Debit Card but in fact is the only debit card can't do online transaction now.

Wait for reynna to give her answer. Right after I read what she post, I gave a call to maybank but had to put on hold for more than 15 mins. I instead message them through the forms on the website but who knows how long will it take for them to answer me back.

Yeah, you're right. I made another call to Maybank and I was told there's no expected date but the earliest could be end of this year. They will announce it on their website.

Last time when I first got the card, they say by July. But now by end of this year. Seriously, is it really that hard to implement online transaction for a supposedly visa card? sweat.gif

I guess because of MVD is free without any fees, therefore they might not implement online support.

Btw, are there any free for life debit card in Malaysia that can support online transaction?

Same here. I got mine on May cuz I heard they're going to enable the online feature sometime in July. July passed and I got fed up and started using NexG. I guess now that m2u site having problems it will take even longer for online purchase to be enable.

Some banks even charge you yearly RM12 for using the ATM card.
Tune money card is the cheapest I think with an annual fee of just RM9.99 icon_rolleyes.gif

Ya, guess its the lowest annual fee for debit card that can be used with Paypal.

Other than this, there are some free for life debit cards from PB but they do not support Paypal usage.
