but somehow I cant get through

and I tried for three times and it kept on saying I entered the wrong info
now my account is locked

u can call them so unlock it...did u write ur mother's full name in mother's maiden name?

Maybe there's something wrong at your mothers maiden name. Last time, I didn't put any 'binti' at the application form.
But when I try to apply Verified by Visa, I put 'binti'.
And that's the real problem.. Lucky I remember then. I try again without it, and it worked.
But, to be safe, just call them.

mind to tell me which debit card u use? visa electron debit card as well?

the first time i got the visa electron debit card from mbb and called to mbb call centre to enquire for visa electron and pp service but unfortunately they told me that the card is unable to verify pp and not allow to support any pp on9 transaction.

can anyone clarify on this pls? appreciate that

you can use ur debit card (Cherry 1) for online shopping by registering for it...

yes.u can apply PBB debit card (VISA ELECTRON) without opening account wit them..its standalone...not like mbb...
since u hv mbb account,u can straight away upgrade ur atm card to debit card...but its not recommended if u use tat mbb saving account to save money (which means u hv lots of money inside) in case any fraud case happen...then say bye bye to ur money

If I want to transfer fund from one bank from another bank through online banking (from RHB to MayBank), what prefix do I need to put in front of the maybank account number?

I don't think this got to do with debit card?
Just get the maybank account number and the name of the account holder that's all.
Maybank debit card is link to the saving account so just use the account number will do.

i believe it wouldn't be very hard to transfer...just select the bank you want to transfer to and key in your maybank account number,confirm then name and account number,n done

o yeah,finally get my Paypal verified, the debit card was great, but Maybank couter service was so suck until it took 2and a half hours to open a saving account(just simple job can be done by 20minutes) 凸()凸
