commercial merchant bank.. not public bank.. so dont expect a lot of branches... yeaps.. u can use other atms but will be charged

that's why their card so ugly XD the visa logo is not the shinny hologram.. dont know whether the back part has it or not.. if it doesnt that means wont be able to use at all

mine took 1 month to arrive without it being personalized... because that time just launch... now i have no idea..

the rate follows visa/mastercard... the charge depends on the bank... usualy max 5%... last time my US bank charges me 2% but rebates 3% ... lol
