Hi,

I had bought property in 2015. I paid deposit 3% during signing SnP. I also got 7% discount.
The price of property in SnP is according to original price (without consider discount).I managed to get 100% loan.

The developer only refund 2/3 from total deposit i paid at construction period. Developer told me will refund balance of deposit and discount cashback after VP & key collection.

Unfortunately after the property VPed on December 2017 till now May 2018, developer not yet refund and gave so many reasons when i called n email them.

In the worst case scenario if the developer won't refund balance of deposit & cashback, can anyone advise what is the next course of action should I take? Are there any guidelines or regulations pertaining this matter?
