Hei guys I didnt know where to look so I came here hoping someone could help.

I have a problem with my Chinese ver. pubg
I've been playing for awhile now, got my rank up to platinum
I just got a new iphone so I switched the account to my new phone using my Wechat account but when I logged in it just made a new character.
When I logged back in again using my old android phone i got back my account.

So basically I cant use my old account on my new phone even though im using the same exact wechat account.
Is this supposed to happen or is it just me?

Please help cuz i kinda dont wanna start all over with my chinese account, and my old android kinda sucks in term of fps when i play pubg m.

I didnt know that QQ was more reliable, and also i was already signed in with my wechat so it was easier instead of making a new QQ account.
