Rather odd size, not many choices and only low-mid range tires like the Continental CPC2, Hankook Ventus Concept 2, Michelin Xm2. Probably the best would be the Continental CPC2 but also would be the most expensive I think. The Ventus Concept 2 might be best value for money. Not sure of the Dunlop Formula D5 has that size or not, you can try to check and that should be another decent choice if available.

I'm using CPC2 for my daily car right now..quite a good tire at that price for that size.

BTW, i went to Hankooktire Malaysia website to compare VentusV2concept2 vs VentusV12evo2...its quite weird that Hankook actually claim that VentusV2concept2 is better in terms of Noise, Dry grip. wear..comfort.

VentusV12evo2 only wins at WET grip.

Unbelieveable right?? I cannot believe myself

VC2 can be better than V12E2 in terms of noise, comfort, and definitely wear (TW rating 500 vs 320) but not dry & wet grip.

oh yea..after re-checking the rating again...i see wrongly the rating sign..dry grip is better on v12evo2.

On conclusion..it seems that VC2 is not that bad afterall compare to V12E2...diff a lot u think?

Should be significant difference coz different category already, one is just mid range tires while the other is proper UHP tires. Anyway for your size doesn't have V12E2 so no point comparing to the V12E2.

go for CPC2...CPC2 beat XM2 in almost every aspect...the only reason to get XM2 if u wan a super long lasting tire...CPC2 is softer than XM2 therefore wear out faster.

honda city pre 2017 used this size (some of them). stock tyre given was cpc2. however this tyre has been discontinued. so i was trying a few tyres since cpc2 was a good tyre but dont last long for me (used to work in KLIA) and punctures easily. comfortable though. tried xm2, quite long lasting but after a while, rubber hardens and driving doesnt feel nice nor enjoyable anymore. getting bridgestone ep300 tomorrow and see how it goes. avoid conti cc6 since too many bad reviews. would recommend xm2 or maybe try conti uc6. ill let u know how the bridgestone performs next week.

so far so good. rm165/piece it was worth it. its an eco tyre so comfort not as quiet or shock absorbing as the conti cpc2 but not as hard as xm2. will let u knw more next week after the long distance balik kg raya trip for highway driving.
