 Need help regarding celcom termination.., Am I been overcharged?

Hi all Sifus here.

I’m need some opinion regarding an issue I had with celcom.
I was on a platinum plus postpaid plan earlier which I have terminated effectively on 25/3/18. However I was charged full 1 month payment on 25/4/18. I do not receive any form of bill from celcom. When approached them earlier for this issue I was told either to check with an celcom app or get post billing. So earlier I have to check how much to pay every month from the celcom app. (Bill are been paid by autodebit from my card). I’ve check that on on previous months my card have auto debit the charged amount on 26th of each month. So when my new telco was activated 25th March I assume tht last payment would be till 26th March.
Problem arise when I was charged again. This time on 25th April. 1 day earlier than previous months. So I called up their customer service and was told my billing period start from 24th of each month. But I would I know it’s on 24th??? I was billed on 26th every month. Even if that’s the case shouldn’t they charge me just 1 day instead of the whole month??? Celcom customer service told me there is nothing they can do for me over this issue. Practically saying sorry but u need to pay. ( which already been done by autodebit).

Is this a normal?? Anything I can do about it??

Aiks. How come I read differently.

What will happen if I choose to terminate my plan?
You will be charged a pro-rated amount of your package value on top of your outstanding bill amount.

Sorry read wrongly. Yea. Charge 1 full month.

Celcom asking you do not simply terminate their plan! Some sort of so called 'penalty' being implemented for terminating their plan.
