I sell you my unit by 500k then u can rent whatever amount u like.. be it 5k or 6k also no isssue..that is up to you...

If new launch and could get $3k rental, developer won't price at $500k.

Just drove by subang bestari, in front of the new HELP international school. Next door is help uni college.
Got banner on lamppost for new condo : 60k rebate 3k instalment 5k rental I pass mesej onli, dun shoot me.....my old eyes may hv see wrong. |

It is almost impossible to have rental income more than monthly mortgage instalment for new property. People who are able to pay high rental would have had bought thenselves.
