My company: subsidiary of a Berhad group. Medium size
Bonus: Maybe none, as no increment this year. Last year, half month.
Increment: 0%

Currently on notice period already, seems no reason to stay any longer.
BTW, do MNC or GLC company usually give increment/adjustment to your basic salary once confirmed?

I work as an English instructor at a Language Centre. It's quite popular..

It's just a Malaysian company but 80% of my colleagues are international. My salary isn't as high as my foreign colleagues, but I enjoy working here.

I joined in May 2018 and was given RM2,500 Salary since I was a fresh-grad.
Bonus: Given quarterly. It's not high though, usually RM300 extra from my basic salary. So that's about RM1,200 for a year.
Increment: Twice, My salary was raised to RM3,000 (RM500 increase)after confirmation in October. And last week, another salary raise (RM500) since I've worked for a year for this company. So I earn RM3,500.
Exp: 1 year and I'm 26 years old.

That is 2.5k increment in total fo just 6 years. Should be happy for that.
May I know which industry u are in?

Hahaha yeah, was thinking the same thing too. Not too bad to get 2.5k increment without jumping from 1 company to another. biggrin.gif
