No bonus no imcrement. Work like hell. Thinking of jump ship..

Ya same here. Work like a shitty kuli in my company and no increment and bonus at all. Companies of the same industry overall not doing well, lots of layouts and VSS and MSS happening here and there. *sigh* sad.gif

My company: subsidiary of a Berhad group. Medium size
Bonus: Maybe none, as no increment this year. Last year, half month.
Increment: 0%

Currently on notice period already, seems no reason to stay any longer.
BTW, do MNC or GLC company usually give increment/adjustment to your basic salary once confirmed?

Bonus seems very low..
Ever thought of jumping?!
*
Yes, after I have been in struggling for awhile, and made a decision for a jump with increment up to 60% as well as better benefits provided.

I still like my department here although salary is low compare to the new co. The people here is very friendly and nice even HoD, but higher up never appreciate my hard work and value. cry.gif

Have been voice up 3 times regarding the matter before i finally made my decision.

Old company gave mss. Industry not doing too good.
Managed to find new company within a month.
New company +20percent increment with better position.
Both r big MNCs.
Was feeling down but end up turned out to be a winning situation.

So keep your spirits up fellas. U never know what the future holds.

Putting this here: Some may not be aware that sometimes your increment may not be high because you're at or have past the midpoint of your job grade salary range.

As for the rest that will say "I'm paid less than my peers in same industry", you probably want to ask your HR if they do any salary benchmarking across the industry, or just start with your exit plan.
