I just bought mi6 and quite dissapointed with its overall camera performance. But i just found out that good camera software like google camera can improve picture quality on xiaomi phones especially in low light condition.

1. Since this is new phone with fresh warranty, is it worth to root my phone just to enable camera2 api? I really want that google camera😅

2. Is there any tutorial for mi6? Because i never rooted any phone before, so im afraid that i will mess up my new phone🤣

3. Is there any possibility that miui dev will enable camera2 api by default soon?

In my opinion, Xiaomi's hardwares are very good compared to the price. But the problems are the software algorithm especially their camera. But you get what you paid.
