Hi guy,

Need your help to advise is it i need to replace my PSU (Coolermaster 460w) as i am unable to power on system after using for more than 3-4 years.

- Motherboard have the led light on
- Can see the power is coming from the PSU as the system fan and heatsink fan is running but only cannot power on.
- Sometime i do manage to power on the system and it is running without any issue when the system is power on.

PC setup
- Graphic card low end (No power needed)
- 1 1TB HDD.
- 1 ODD
- AMD processor.
- 1 chassis fan.

Thanks
Atsumori

How old is your motherboard? Check for any swollen capacitors on your motherboard. It could be a sign of components degradation.

If no bad capacitor try other PSU to power on your system.
Try reseating the Ram but use Rubber rub the gold colour there.
Try reseating most of the things in the motherboard. ( Processor, Graphic card, Ram, PSU cable and etc)
