As I know, is nt RSKU. No restriction on anything. Is just a state government’s policy that any TOD project must have affordable house that not cost more than RM300,000 for 5 year or 3 year and certain percentage of the total units build when submit D/O to state government. That why you can see the netizen delay their launching n also metro Cheras.
