went that day. park and ride always full biggrin.gif but this might be the catalyst for people wanting to rent there. cos always no place to park, might as well live there

Yupz.. After considering so long on selection between Aster, Netizen and parkland. Now proceed for loan. Maybank not in the parkland panel list. How much Maybank offer? I heard now RHB offer 4.45%.

According to Banker, it similar to MRTA but CLTA cannot transfer name.

For invesrment popety idea is lower yr cost.

Nobody will buy insurance for investment popety.

I think only RHB offering CLTA. Is under Tokio Marine.
A combination of MRTA and MLTA. In between.
