Now I'm concerned. I just signed up for Multiroom thru the CS on Whatsapp. They didn't raise any issues, just said wait for activation... But still cannot connect. Says "Sign In Failure". Code - 0402

Not true. I'm on a legacy Super Pack, recently added Smartroom. Yes, before this cannot, but now they will add it.

Ok, I have Super Pack Lite 4 (Sports) together with News add-on. I'm paying rm150+ per month.

What can I ask to downgrade to? Im only interested in these 2, all the "free" channels don't interest me.

It's probably much worth it, compared to switching to Astro One pack.

Definitely. If Astro lost their sports coverage, I will be the first to cancel my subscription.

That's why I have refused to make any changes that will result in an extended contract.

I can get like 90% of what I currently watch from Sooka at a fraction of the cost of Astro. It's a no-brainer...

Yes, it's a bit strange. I first thought the "database tampering" was to offer additional services to subscribers for money. Like adding channels or packages. Or unauthorized discounts.
But the proceedings don't seem to point to that...
