Why the blur is so much worse than TV3?

Cannot solely blame on Asstrow..

Because it's Media Prima who pays to broadcast. if they pays for 1080i, then you get it.

I switched to the new Primary Pack from a legacy pack a few months ago since I am only interested in Chinese channels which is now available in Primary Pack. I still have some old recordings from before. Before the switch, I was able to view all of them including recordings from those channels that had been discontinued. After the switch, I could no longer view my older recordings, even from the channels that are still in the current package.

I contacted Astro multiple times and was asked to provide this and that and was told the issue was resolved on their end and asked to reboot my device and see if I could watch them. I still could not watch my recordings. This went on for months and finally I was informed that I could no longer watch any of my recordings that were recorded before 1/4/2024. It took them so long to figure that out.

It is not mentioned anywhere that the new pack has this limitation. It is already unfair that they blocked my access to recordings for older Chinese channels but what is worse is that the recordings before 1/4/2024 for the channel that is still in my pack is blocked as well.

Assthrow is the culprit for the blur PQ in ch 148 and 149.
Simple comparison against ch 103, then you know assthrow always do things to piss off the customers.

Assthrow is always act blur and since you have changed to new primary pack... you are bound for 2 years contract, aren't you?

When you switch from legacy pack to Primary Pack, is there any account transfer ownership process involved (e.g. transfer from your parent's name to your own name)?

You're saying that all recordings from 1/4/24 are still there, but when you try to play it, some error message appears? If yes, what does the message says? Can provide a picture here?
Or those recordings that you're referring to, were disappeared from your My Library?

More ads revenue & exposures... More market shares...
Both Astro & Media Prims.

Sure it's well taken care of... Business point of view.

Which one have more viewership numbers?? Brings the $$$... For both Astro & MP...

Those media prima channel not solely 100% broadcast in astro platform only right???

It's one of the many platform they broadcast / stream...

That's why it's only in SD... Not in HD like in another platform

Before you said 8TV and TV9 does not have the high viewership compared with TV3, so assthrow can touch right?
Now you pusing to other directions?

I already said, compared the PQ of 8TV and TV9 against TV3 as three of them are in SD PQ is clear evidence there is sabotage.
But assthrow gave excuses because of SD format and hence, the PQ is not clear.

I didn't compare those 8TV and TV9 SD channels vs HD channels because any sane person won't doing an unfair comparison.

Both channels less number... I didn't denied it...
Heck even other platform also less viewership for both channels... Because the focus & target is different from flagship TV3...

In Malaysia...
The top channels is TV3, with astro Ria comes second place... Then rest is jumbled up between sports, news, RTM etc.

Bernama tv also don't have high viewership, so why assthrow don't touch it?

You even watch That channels or not...

It's also little blur... That's why I don't even bother to see...

SD channels are not as sharp as HD is a fact.
Bernama tv is not as blur as 8TV and TV9 is a fact.

Your blur now also pusing become a little blur.

Why you still watching & subscribe to it then???

Not they show gun in your forehead....

Everyday see you post complaining about astro...

Got others alternative... Why bother with them....

You may have short memory on why I subscribe to assthrow.

Please don't pusing on the issue on 8TV and TV9 blurry PQ.

Also, don't act like a loser like those politikus "You tak suka, boleh keluar" mentality.

Astro not the only platform is available for those channel...

There's another one And it's FOC too... Don't need to pay unnecessary $$$ monthly to watch recycle shows contents....

There is no transfer of ownership. The recordings are all still there. When I tried to play it, I get the error message
"This Channel is not included in your subscription....... (Code: TCNS)"
