Sure if possible...
They want those legacy pack to be maintained
It's monthly fee is higher than the latest Astro One package. Especially the entry one... Which is just around rm50 compared with older one which I remember is around rm60+ (starter pack) or Value pack (80+)

From what I saw from my phone bills details
Call to Astro CS number is considered as "Maxis" ...
So I suspect both Maxis & Astro uses same Call Center location / building 😁
