If the cable connection to the satellite dish is readily available, can try Restore Factory Settings and select Satellite mode by yourself, and see if you're able to view ALL of your subscribed channels without Subscription Required error?
The primary box is also an Ultrabox by the way used in a landed prop. Yes, even the packaging is written as Astro Ultra Plug & Play 4K UHD, this is what being couriered to me. It’s set as satellite since day 1, at the satellite settings menu it’s showing dCSS anyway.
The installer came, unboxed for me, plugged it into the wall port installed by condo developer, I recalled he did some settings and it worked after that. That was two years ago and I cannot recall the details anymore. I installed that time because wanted to watch World Cup 2022.

I only recalled after that I had issues with the UHD channel and the Astro vendor for our condo came to my house to check because it was supposedly working but somehow I cannot view it. They said if I was still facing issue, maybe need to change the whole port for me. What they did was unplugged it from the wall and plugged it back the cable then it worked.

If I knew it was that easy, I would have done it myself.

After this issue, I don’t have anymore problems and can watch happily everything be it live channels or VOD until today. *fingers crossed*
