The replacement unit? Yes but I need a separate report for that though I told them it happens randomly, they just asked me to send a proof to them to open a case. I will do it later.

Apparently the CS was wrong, I still need to pay additional for the Netflix Premium on top of 129.99 which I had expected anyway. Still a significant saving from my previous Platinum Pack. thumbup.gif

Just to say I received my Ultrabox via mail. I live in a high rise and it’s connected to the centralized dish? This was two years ago.

It is a multi-room account and it was sent to me via courier to my Astro registered address. Then, I brought it to the place I wanna install it and I got my own installer to install it for me. rolleyes.gif

Yes, it’s always on satellite mode except when it’s raining need to switch to Internet viewing. tongue.gif Can view all, no error, same as my primary box’s channels.
Yes, primary box is satellite, it’s used in a landed house.

Wow, if that is true, then it is a news to me.

Anyone else here where the primary box subscription is Satellite, but Multiroom subscriptions is in Plug & Play?
If the cable connection to the satellite dish is readily available, can try Restore Factory Settings and select Satellite mode by yourself, and see if you're able to view ALL of your subscribed channels without Subscription Required error?

The primary box is also an Ultrabox by the way used in a landed prop. Yes, even the packaging is written as Astro Ultra Plug & Play 4K UHD, this is what being couriered to me. It’s set as satellite since day 1, at the satellite settings menu it’s showing dCSS anyway.

The installer came, unboxed for me, plugged it into the wall port installed by condo developer, I recalled he did some settings and it worked after that. That was two years ago and I cannot recall the details anymore. I installed that time because wanted to watch World Cup 2022. laugh.gif I only recalled after that I had issues with the UHD channel and the Astro vendor for our condo came to my house to check because it was supposedly working but somehow I cannot view it. They said if I was still facing issue, maybe need to change the whole port for me. What they did was unplugged it from the wall and plugged it back the cable then it worked. sweat.gif If I knew it was that easy, I would have done it myself. laugh.gif After this issue, I don’t have anymore problems and can watch happily everything be it live channels or VOD until today. *fingers crossed*

Hi, I'm on Sports Plus Pack + Netflix Premium since end Oct, should I change it to Astro One: Sports Pack? Since same price etc. Don't mind to restart my contract again, it is just one month anyway.

Well, Astro sent me a P&P box via courier and my own installer came later and did it for me. Since day 1, mine is on satellite and only falls back to P&P if bad weather.

It’s a multi-room account and tagged as “ultrabox” in my Astro account. Astro charged me RM 99 only for this box which is a P&P box pricing.

I told the third party agent I wanted satellite by the way and she confirmed it’s going to be satellite. The installer and this agent are from the same company. sweat.gif Actually I didn’t know it’s a P&P and assumed Astro charged me wrongly. laugh.gif

Do note that this is considered a "retention offer" where they give you something, so that you'll continue subscribe to Astro.
