Yes, you can access beIN Sports channels, but that doesn't means they would eventually allow you to access F1 content.
Who knows maybe when the beIN Sports channels is airing F1, they might "replace" the programming into something else, like football or something

Nah, only RTM blanks their feed (Unifi TV and Singapore TV) since they don't have the manpower to do two feed at the same time. For a big provider like Bein, they have to cater to different countries and agreement. This is easy for them to do
