Buying a condo and got two bank offer for the housing loan of over 650k
Bank R
3.9%(base) + 0.6% (spread) = 4.5%
MLTA insurance for 25 years
monthly instalment of RM3091 for 35 years
Bank C
4.10% (base) + 0.45% (spread) = 4.55%
MRTA insurance of 35 years
monthly instalment of RM3121 for 35 years
Need advice from you all...
