No, the unlimited transfer only has a limited pool, it doesnt matter if the game currently has whatever special banner, they'll only give you trash SSR to start with.

The benefit of re-rolling only when they give you 50dbs & stuffs, and during step up WC JP free transfer last time. If you want an alt I could get for you at cheaper price, mine are all sold cheaply.

I can still find you a roughly RM40-50 account with good starters, story, raid all are fresh and untouched. I have a friend still doing it lol, you can define what player do you want as starter, but I think he's out of WC Genzo and WC Muller account cause they have the highest demand more than any other players

Yeah at the end of the day, just need to patiently collect DB and just to get disappointment, there are a lot of posts on /R/CTDT about people spending 300-400 DBs and get SRs lol
