I came across this product (Tianshi Nutrient Calcium Powder) that claims it can increase your height if you consume the product. Is this product legit or just a gimmick? Will there be any health consequences if someone consume it?

maybe...........but most of the time height issue is not due to nutrition.

2. male or female?
3. father height and mother height?
4. how tall are you?
this is to check if you are in the normal height distribution and whether you can still grow.
