QUOTE(zzzxtreme @ Sep 15 2020, 10:13 PM) cost about rm7-8k Hi, is that a special bucket or any bucket will do? How abt the salt?I think about 2 or 3 nights in ward then 1 week plus at home healing process basically painkillers, fibre drink, soft food, sitting down in bucket of salt + warm water daily few times |

QUOTE(synical @ Mar 21 2025, 05:21 PM) Look for a sitz bath tub and/or kit, they're available in like BIG Pharmacy (not Guardian or Watsons lol, those other ones), etc. I got one with my admission, so I didn't need to buy (covered by insurance, hehe). But they're not that expensive if you want to get your own, they're under RM20 each. I see. Is it effective?Salt... any salt also can. Cheap salt la, no need pink Himalayan one LOL But gonna need a lot of it. |
