Piles/hemorrhoids - any latest surgery invention?

I'm in pain now 😥 Had mine for some time already... finally took the courage to go for op at Thompson hospital at my area where i stay.... went to this dr.. he is a surgeon very good... so explain everything to me.. got admitted the next day, did a colonscopy to be sure and then op in the evening... everything was fine since then.... realise something... need to eat more fiber foods... oats is good... ever since, live a healthy and eat healhty... everymorning take oats ( good source of fiber) and then more fruits, vege... every alternate days i eat prunes.. prunes is good for pang zai.... good luck |
