I have joined sunshine empire. I would like to clarify something here since nobody has.

Listed does not mean blacklisted. It was due to some people promoting it as an investment which is illegal under the law.

The actual fact is the company has been cleared by SC when the SC staffs went to the office few months back and found nothing wrong (dont believe you can call them directly to find out yourself), just because someone complaint to the SC, SC have to put it up there as a precaution.

If you think about it, if SC found sunshine empire to be illegal, it would have shut down the office, freeze the bank account and company directors will be arrested immediately.

BTW, tomorrow 18th May 2007, the international president, Mr. James Phang will be in KL office tomorrow evening to give us training. If you guys would like to meet him in person, feel free to do so. If you want to meet up to better understand what is going on feel free to contact me, PM or email.

It is Empire Group Alliance logo. Taken recently in Singapore office during a tour there. Sunshine Empire logo is quite similar, only the outer ring is different.

You may want to check out the real thing yourself rather listen to hearsay, people are hidden behind the computer with a nick can say anything they want. Why don't you bring this allegations to James Phang today? He will be in office. I bet you won't be bothered and yet lobby hearsay in other forums. I am not sure what is your agenda.

If the company is ethical, why did Securities Commission put it on an alert list? If you think that they have erred, why don't you call SC and ask them to remove the company from the list?

SC put it on the list because some people promoted it as an investment scheme, but if you were to really find out about Sunshine Empire, you will understand why people have misconception about it. They want the fastest and simplest way to promote it. The company has issued warning against this practices.

Lampe Berger was on the list once, now its taken out, LB we know is MLM, why was on the list? Because LB members was promoting it as investment. Stupid isn't it? Wanna follow the SC list and think its accurate? And yet they keep amending it? Its not final or a death sentence to the company.

Well if you think properly, when you do business, any business, u need capital right, u need to invest not only money, but time and effort to sustain a business. Can I put people doing business into SC alert list because they are "investing" money into their own business? Any return can guarantee with this investment? No right?

If you think so highly of SC, and assuming SC put Sunshine Empire on the list because they found the company is not ethical and operating against the law, I don't see how Sunshine Empire office at KUB.com (Jln Yap Kwan Seng) can still have its doors open for business as usual..funny isn't it? I just came back from there. You can say its a matter of time only but I can let you know SC officers already did come to the office and found nothing against Sunshine Empire. Believe it or not.

Do you know SC have the powers to freeze everything IF they can proof beyond doubt Sunshine Empire is unethical as claimed by you. Don't assume the real situation by just looking at the book cover. Read the book and understand, only make your conclusions, boy. It is not my job to call and inform SC to remove it, the management should be doing it but if u have nothing to fear why u bother about little misunderstanding, u only fear when you have done something wrong and do whatever you can to cover your illegal scheme. Why dont you call SC to close Sunshine Empire instead if you are so into SC...pls dont take use SC tactics, out dated already.

To substantiate your claim that sunshine empire is a fishy company, show us what you all have got on sunshine empire that is fishy? You need to have hard incriminating evidence against sunshine empire only then you can say its fishy. If not then keep your baseless comments to yourself else u will be making a joke on yourself.

I am not fighting all the -ve comments you raised, but just reminding that you should find out the facts first before u claim it to be fishy just because u FEEL that it is.

Please could you tell us what exactly is the business Sunshine Empire is doing?

I'm sure you understand that a many people are instantly cautious of the thousands of new fangled schemes (sadly most turn out to be cleverly disguised pyramid investment schemes run by shucksters).

Maybe your case is different, if so, then enlighten us. I'm sure if all the stuff is above board you wont have an issue with that, right? Good chance to score yourself a couple of points on behalf of the company.

These sunshine empire is a waiting time bomb dear fellows. The main reason of this is mainly after I went to the office and follow their program and introduction, there are a few questions they cannot answer.

1. Why the contract agreement does not have reference number, uses photocopy A4 paper, terms and condition of contract only mentioned and support the company and none for buyers but why the company did NOT stamp or signed each agreement ???

2. Where are the terms and condition that support or right? None. Why only 1 party sign contract agreement (us) so how can you claim this agreement when 1 party?

3. They company could close and declare bankrupt and we have no rights to claim anything worst if SC also dont support us then how?

4. If its a profit making machine in this superspeed then why not just grab IPO??? or atleast take loan from international finance banking and pay lower interest then paying to the people at super high interest?

There many points they cannot answer my dear friends so becareful take your risk okay cause if they closed down out of sudden (ie earth quake destroy their facilities) you cannot take into court because there are no AGREEMENT, sign by both parties, stamped and honoured by legal.

I conclude this with as A Stupid Risk Taker Investor of the Year 2007.
