Don't dare to buy... even I got warranty I also send my car service outside due to service centre. wait whole day just to replace a sensor. LOL

Like my 2012 Peugeot 3008. After 3 years, owner sold it to used car dealer for RM 70K and I bought it for RM 60K in 2015 after bargain the dealer who wanted to get rid of it fast. Still has 1.5 years warranty. Claim whatever can claim like water temp sensor, O2 sensors, ABS sensors and etc.

Now in 2018, Peugeot extended the warranty by 2 more years. Next to claim? Turbo and gearbox. Both making noise now.

For Euro, don't buy new because after 3 years, no RV. Disposal very difficult.

As of today, my 3008 RV is below RM 29K.

Cukur la masih boleh claim extended warranty. When they announce that program, kete dah tinggal 1 month warranty left, nak buat appointment, 2 month waiting list

Now waiting after june 1st for gst zero rated to send for overhaul

After claim if the engine or gearbox kaput, I will swap out the shitty EP6 with 4G63-T. Only need to find a suitable gearbox for it. Can't use back the existing gearbox because too many electronics. ECU will be standalone. Who knows, maybe can convert to AWD using my leftover VR4 chassis parts.

Can gimme the newly claimed engine or not 😅

I’ve the 2013 Sportage. It is the most reliable car at home compared to my 3008. Most reliable still my 1990 VR4. 29 years and still counting.

German also sampah. That’s why so many people convert BMW to 1JZ or 2JZ. Performance up. Parts cheap. Mods plenty. Tapau even stock BMWs.

Had no choice after trading in my Navara 2010 MT. Every car dealer wanted AT so MT very difficult to dispose. And the best looking car on the lot is this 2012 Peugeot 3008. Anyway, for an ugly car, it has plenty of space inside. There's even a hidden compartment for storing backpacks aways from thieves. Useful for smuggling contraband from SG or TH.
