Hi all

I'm starting my mornings lately with a cup of nescafe, black no sugar , super thick , super bitter as a part of my intermittent fasting as well as a pre workout.

Considering how many health benefits coffee has I thought hey why not make it a staple.

I'm not much of a coffee connoisseur ... if anything if it's well coffee tasting I'm okay . But after awhile nescafe do get a little boring....

so I'm thinking of giving other brands a try.

But it's overwhelming to see so darn many brands with so many different prices. Well nescafe is the cheapest so i always go for it.

I've seen my friend used illy coffee with a paper thingy...it looks cool but i have no idea how it works or whether it is worth the hassle. There are some weird japanese brands etc etc

So do the branding affect the coffee that much ? or they're more or less the same both ways

coffee machines are inexpensive nowadays and are easy to use. I suggest getting one and buying grinded coffee places from a places like SFCC and pay with CIMB card for discount to enjoy some really really good coffee in the mornings. You can also get a machine with a timer and prepare it the night before.

The instant coffee i take isnt available off the shelf either but has no bad effects that nescafe poses. I drink coffee black but sometimes i'll add real honey as thats far better than any energy drink.

Nescafe Gold? Black coffee.. just add hot water, and voila, you are good to go!
