For the otg during lazada birthday sale, no progress and cannot cancel also

Then when contact Lazada Live chat only get this,
As per checked, your items already beyond estimate time arrival.We will check with other relevant department and will give feedback through email when we get the feedback from other relevant department .

so it seems like that order gonna be stuck for awhile...

anybody has the same issue?

Mine cancelled already, live chat said wait for them to check with relevant department and will email me but after weeks still no reply. I open dispute on PayPal cause cannot cancel on Lazada since status was “Packed and ready to ship” then refunded straight

Does Lazada Wallet still offers 10% max RM20 cashback?

Poslaju service is horrible these days. Used to be next day delivery. Just bought something on shopee on 2nd until now haven’t receive. Dunno why they make a route to Balakong when address is Subang.

Yeah I have to or else it will automatically accept your order then you cannot refund or anything after that

shopee depends on seller, you can use chat function with seller and ask
