I top-up my Celcom number. 30 mins later I top-up my DiGi number which failed. Later in the afternoon, I top-up 2 more times to the same DiGi number. All RM30 with MyDiGi RM10 voucher.
Next day I already got the refund email for the failed top-up. I live chatted to ask for voucher revalidation. After that later in the day I got that blardy email. No worries. This time I called them up and asked nicely about the meaning of that email and Lazada said it was a mistake. A few hours later, I got my replacement voucher.
I was quite pissed off by that email so right after I got the replacement voucher, I sent an email and tiu them kaw-kaw for sending me that “business intelligence” email. They apologized and I got another RM10 voucher for that.
Later that night I went to top-up some more. By that time the 5% top-up discount was removed but the banner still had 5% written there. Still feeling a bit pissed off, I screen-shotted that and enquired about the lack of discount as advertised by their banner. Got another RM10 voucher for that.
