I bought at ~ 11:30pm last night, got the email and SMS just now. < 12 hrs TPT

ordered earlier, already cancelled by lazada

got RM20 Promo coupon in my eWallet too, but not sure why I got it.

My eWallet transaction for the last 48 hrs
- bought 2 PGC @ RM190 @ 11:45pm last night
- receive RM19 cash back at 11:15am just now
- Pay for RM4 shoes at 7:30am
- refunded at 10:35am
- Receive RM20 promo coupon at 12:18pm just now

now I know where the RM20 promo voucher come from - I top-up on Apr 17.

Using Chrome?

I have the same issue with Chrome browser, switch to Firefox and use the same card, transaction went through smoothly.

10% (Max RM20) for Tuesday (Apr 24, next and last e-wallet tuesday promotion will be May 1 if not mistaken)
10% (Max RM20) during entire Birthday Sales from Apr 25 - Apr 27.

One of my submission took > 2 days. submitted on Apr 26 morning, got it on Apr 28 afternoon.

For last week of 10% cash back Wallet Tuesday? I am waiting for it too!

Couldn't reconcile the cash back received either.

- Spend RM190 last Tuesday for 10% Wallet Tuesday cash back promotion
- spend RM181.90 during Birthday sales for 10% cashback

Cash back received today:
- 1st cash back received at 2:20pm : RM20
- 2nd cash back received at 3:03pm : RM14.29

1st cash back should be from Wallet Tuesday promotion, but I get RM1 extra in cashback

2nd cash back should be from Birthday Sales
- Part of the payment came from previous cash back (RM39 in total)
- suspect no cashback given for these RM39 (i.e. no cash back on cash back)
- Total fresh fund paid = RM181.90 - RM39 = RM142.90
- 10% cash back from fresh fund = RM14.29

So pretty much confirmed that only fresh fund into wallet get cashback!

top up for shipping fee delta, I think what you have paid for is not enough to cover the actual shipping cost.

Didn't use any voucher code since read from forum that using voucher will disqualify you from cashback.

Well, didn't realize cash back amount (from previous weeks/promo) used for purchase is not eligible for cashback. Looks like the system is intelligent enough or automatically deduct all available fund from cashback in wallet first before calculating cash back. I've balance after my purchases but my calculation shows that my cash back is short by RM3.90 - which is 10% of my total cash back from previous week or promo.

I've my physical card for > 4 months now but have never use the physical card, and have no plan to use it too. No issues to continue using it for Lazada online purchase. And I keep receiving SMS reminding me to change my PIN at ATM machine.

If you don't plan to use the physical card, should not be an issue to continue using it for online purchase only even if you don't change the PIN (like what I did)
