For Umobile postpaid, can we have like credit balance over RM200?

Careful with Lazada reload too.
I reload umobile 100 at 11.30am, status delivered but still have not received until now.

Dont know if it is umobile system error or what, because the topup still not delivered. Now need to wait CS response.

Lazada seriously going down the drain this time.

I have yet to received my topup order placed at 12am yesterday and CS seems very reluctant to escalate the case. My emails even ignored, lets just hope KPDNKK escalation will solve the matter. Quite frustrated this time.

They really hold our money this time, order tagged as delivered after few minutes order placed but topup yet to receive.

Last time the price got reduced to RM219 and with voucher final price around 197/198. But 239 is considered cheap too.
The product has handle so better than other model. But not for heavy duty use.

Appreciate if anyone can share if their umobile reload get the extra 5% bonus credit?

CS told me it should be credited within 24 to 48h, which is quite a burden. The topup process should be hassle free not troublesome though.

For non delivery of topup, my advice is ask CS to cancel the purchase straight away. Do not wait until 48 hours like what is told. Ask also to revalidate voucher (if used) to repurchase reload.

Alright not sure what is the price in physical store.

But this morning the Dettol shower gel 900 ml twin pack were selling for RM13.86. I just thought that this was cheap.

If I'm not mistaken they have physical store (eg Nu sentral).

But for the price of the Messi powerbank, you can get xiaomi powerbank which can be better since got fast charging and cheaper. Unless you still need Messi like powerbank in particular.

Is it just me that feels Lazada is getting worse in terms of their shipment time.

Previously, we can get our purchased products in 2 or 3 days and we would expect item to be shipped out within 2 working days after verification.

However, now even after 3 days, the order still not yet able to produce any tracking number.

Now when I ask CS, I was informed that item will be sent within 3 to 10 days after successful purchase and all I get is just a template reply with lots of external links which looks like spamming.
