I wan tto ask something, I order a LG V30 ( by installment ), its been 2 week, the process doesn't have any update and the seller reply was way too low (reply once around every few day ) , how can I cancel it? it shows that I can get it in a week but after two weeks the progress still remain at stage 1.........anyone know how to refund this? i need to replace my phone urgently.....
