need to pressure them few times then only can get, every time i kena CS say will send email follow up and 1 week did not receive any email from their side.

Now i request case number from them so that they won't mess with me, Lazada CS is just plain disaster, look at the return policy, took me few weeks just to get refund

Now i also slowly shift towards shopee, lazada is just too shitty in after sales service.

The gift card is just disaster, everytime got payment issue then i shift to mobile apps, then code is fully redeem, almost half of my lazada gift card got this issue.

U ask CS they will just copy paste answer, everytime i complain i have to beg them or push them to get it solve, if not they will just hang in the middle of air and then send u email that this case has been fully resolve

For gift card revalidate issue, you better send email instead of live chat. Please included your gift card code, order number for gift card, gift card reference number and the order number for cancellation item (if any). I received the new code in 1-2 days normally.

Yes, managed to buy it with my GC but error. Now waiting for them to revalidate.
