How you guys managed to get the replacement code for lazada gift card code? Mine shows fully redeemed even though there's no successful order for this code. Been complaining to LZD via live chat and email for almost one month

Yes, I follow up with lzd support every day, in nice manner or even scolded them, but they still giving me the standard reply bla bla bla...

After spending the last gift code, can say bye bye to shitty lzd.

Yes, their system payment issue and we as consumer have to beg and follow up with them to solve their system issue.

lzd hired a bunch of idiots to give us standard reply instead of solving the case, totally screwed up their SLA (or maybe they dont have SLA)

Bro, you are lucky, I already screenshot everything they want including the LGC email sent by Qwikcilver and fully redeemed error when using the code, follow up with them daily at the same time. Yet, no reply from them after 3 weeks+

Good luck with that, LGC revalidation for my case took more than 1 month with scolding everyday biggrin.gif
