Steps to submit On-line Return request.

You will be asked to sign-in or create an account. This allows us to create a much smoother returns process for you and expedite the process.

1. Select the Returns tab.
2. You will notice a pop-up asking if you have received your product.
3. Proceed and select YES.
4. By selecting YES your delivery status will be updated in 24 hrs and you may initiate your Returns then.
5. Once your Return request is complete, you will be prompted to print your Returns form. Just place this Returns request form in the box with the item(s) you are returning.

Eligibility of Returns:

1. Your bank details in Return Form if original payment was made via iPay88 or Cash on Delivery.
2. Include printed Online Return Form and Lazada Tax Invoice (which was included in the parcel delivered) in each return package box.
3. Return reason has to be valid and returns acceptance conditions met.
4. Date of online form submission must be within 7 calendar days (Lazada Buyer Protection Guarantee) or 14 calendar days (100% Satisfaction Guarantee) since date of item delivered to customer.
5. For free shipping charge, please drop your return item to the nearest MBE outlet ( Only applicable for Klang Valley outlets , MBE KIP Melaka and MBE Nusa Bestari )
6. Kindly ensure item is returned in complete package (free gifts, accessories, original packaging).

The return time frame begins on the date of your order’s arrival. Passed this period, if the item is covered by a Supplier / Manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the Supplier / Manufacturer directly for prompt assistance.

Your refunds will be initiated once the item reached warehouse. For us to process your refund in a timely manner, furnish the details below and send it with a new email so that we can prioritize your account:
