Already called mesra 4 times, chatted with lzd 3 times..dunno why they taking so long (almost 1mth) to credit back my missing credit..some more with solid proof which there were several transactions on the card before i received the so call 'new card'..

Really BS both parties..slow up to the max..

no la, if shopee, buyer can cancel if the item order not accepted, once accepted, you still can cancel, but need approval from buyer, but is totally cancel able bcos buyer can not change to shipping anymore, so is cancel able. (shopee need time to confirm payment gateway money into account first before refund, so is totally need a weeks, not seller control)

same to seller, if receive an order, and "confirm", seller cant cancel it anymore, only buyer can cancel it. if not wrong la. i think all system is same.

i sell in 3 plateform, only lazada can return goods without any concern of buyer.

and answer you in seller perspective, if i got an order, we dont have ready stock, we will get panalty (lazada), in 11street (seller can drag very long until buyer cancel it but not seller), shopee with a weeks preparation period so within that period shud be free to cancel. BUT refund process need wait payment gateway to platform, only to buyer.

shopee is a plateform charge zero percent from seller, buyer. so consider a bit charity platform, maybe not the best, but the cheapest so far what i can see in malaysia market.

i tried to cancel before but fail.

scenario: order part A, B and C -> seller later chat and say part A out of stock, request to change to part D -> i refuse to change, then i request to cancel -> seller refuse to cancel, proceed to say part A is available again and will ship -> didn't send part A anyway, seller send part D.

malas to argue because i order a few designs, shopee doesn't side with buyer too, if want to return sure ask me to return all, waste my time and resources, so just personally blacklist the seller after reporting the seller in shopee app.

if buy cheap item, choose shopee (cheapest without voucher)

if buy expensive item, just stick to lazada
