Just want to share my lousy shitty experience with Lazada

That day bought Petronas Gift Card RM500@RM450 using HSBC lazada voucher. Order got cancelled. Refund RM0

Email CS to ask about the voucher. After a few days give me replacement voucher but is SV, meaning cant buy pgc or lgc, and only 15 days validity, 15 DAYS. From originally 6 months become a mere 15 days Argued with CS on the phone, but he keep insist that too bad for me this is all I can get. Some more say Lazada is doing this out of courtesy omg lmao seriously? Cancelled my order now say like I owe them. It seems nowadays Lazada like to bully their customers alot. Very very disappointed indeed. Some more now still have to think how to spend the SV in 15 days.

Next time vouchers got from marketing event remember convert to lgc first if you plan to purchase pgc. If not when order cancelled you get back useless 15 days SV instead and Lazada will say like they are being very holy by revalidating your voucher into useless SV and will also make it sound like you owe them.

last time I got order speaker using desktop computer @ firefox (non-App).

Later on I cancel ask for refund cash because speaker spoil on arrival. After that no order already.

I got the same message on the weekend. This is what happened.

I top-up my Celcom number. 30 mins later I top-up my DiGi number which failed. Later in the afternoon, I top-up 2 more times to the same DiGi number. All RM30 with MyDiGi RM10 voucher.

Next day I already got the refund email for the failed top-up. I live chatted to ask for voucher revalidation. After that later in the day I got that blardy email. No worries. This time I called them up and asked nicely about the meaning of that email and Lazada said it was a mistake. A few hours later, I got my replacement voucher.

I was quite pissed off by that email so right after I got the replacement voucher, I sent an email and tiu them kaw-kaw for sending me that “business intelligence” email. They apologized and I got another RM10 voucher for that.

Later that night I went to top-up some more. By that time the 5% top-up discount was removed but the banner still had 5% written there. Still feeling a bit pissed off, I screen-shotted that and enquired about the lack of discount as advertised by their banner. Got another RM10 voucher for that.

actually, the more you hunt for sv, the more you will spend in the end.

sooner or later the sv will become rm5.

The SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE8 EPP FOC 2 MONTHS PROMOTION (“Promotion”) will run on 8th June 2018 from 10:00 AM onwards until 8th July 2018 2018 at 10:00 PM (“Promotion Period”) at all Samsung Experience Stores (SES/L) and participating Samsung Authorized dealers (SPP Platinum) only (collectively “Participating Outlets”). How To Participate
1.
