If not when order cancelled you get back useless 15 days SV instead and Lazada will say like they are being very holy by revalidating your voucher into useless SV and will also make it sound like you owe them.

I got the same message on the weekend. This is what happened.

I top-up my Celcom number. 30 mins later I top-up my DiGi number which failed. Later in the afternoon, I top-up 2 more times to the same DiGi number. All RM30 with MyDiGi RM10 voucher.

Later that night I went to top-up some more. By that time the 5% top-up discount was removed but the banner still had 5% written there. Still feeling a bit pissed off, I screen-shotted that and enquired about the lack of discount as advertised by their banner. Got another RM10 voucher for that.
