Can someone walk me through the return process for surprise boxes ?
What excuse do I have to give, or no need to give an excuse at all ?
Just print the thing and send to poslaju right ? No need to pay the courier fees ?
Full refund ?

Even if item is completely BS ?
Like a surprise box, they sell at 49 , claim item is worth 9X , but when you buy them individually at their current selling price, it's only RM 3X
even if you take the highest price, at the original price without discounts, it's also only worth ~60

eg : Item's "original price" is RM17 but selling at RM10 , I take the RM17 value
even then also the RM9X figure is BS

Like that also cannot return ?

shouldn't have mislead customers if you don't want people mass returning

They said the items are worth RM9X , when such figure is BS , macam mana kira pun tak dapat

Return it.
They said items are worth at least 94, which is clearly not the case
Therefore complain that items are not as advertised
Also are the wet wipes in a single value pack ? Then can argue that that counts as a single item, not three

Anyone knows that happens when you return an item to them via their return channels but they reject ? Will they send it back to you ?

Are you gonna do anything about it ? This is a clear rip off
