PGC fulfilled by Lazada although sold by petronas
most probably they pack wrong value cards for shipment, or petronas gave lazada wrong value cards

update : i just chat on livechat with Fauzan, can't help much except to wait 48hours, i asked about compensation for the messed up, told me to wait after investigated

Lazada customer care specialist really poorly trained

only now revert via email ask me to contact Petronas myself, yet she gave the wrong link http://www.petronas.com.my/Pages/contact-us.aspx WTF ask me to call corporate HQ for what

i go and call mesralink myself instead at 1300888181
told mesralink incorrect value PGC then i gave Lazada order number and name, have to wait 7 to 14 working days, WTF, so i have to keep on chasing for the rm400 short.
