if u apply coupon then not eligible for the wallet cash back

Hi all, a few of my item I bought during lazed birthday got cancel, the order shows refunded, but I have too see it reflected to my credit card.

Usually how long does it take to show the reflection?

The logitech box is a scam too, said got 1x computer accessory and 1x premium gift. Inside only 1 mouse.

Said valued AT LEAST rm 200, the mouse only rm 70 on lazada.

I complain they say they can't give the premium gift and only want to give me rm 20 voucher. I said the voucher should be at least rm 150 to compensate the value lost then they didn't reply and initiate refund LOL

Anyone received cashback from the above promotion in lazada wallet? Already 4 working days.

Couldn't reconcile the cash back received either.

- Spend RM190 last Tuesday for 10% Wallet Tuesday cash back promotion
- spend RM181.90 during Birthday sales for 10% cashback

Cash back received today:
- 1st cash back received at 2:20pm : RM20
- 2nd cash back received at 3:03pm : RM14.29

1st cash back should be from Wallet Tuesday promotion, but I get RM1 extra in cashback

2nd cash back should be from Birthday Sales
- Part of the payment came from previous cash back (RM39 in total)
- suspect no cashback given for these RM39 (i.e. no cash back on cash back)
- Total fresh fund paid = RM181.90 - RM39 = RM142.90
    - 10% cash back from fresh fund = RM14.29

So pretty much confirmed that only fresh fund into wallet get cashback!

The SV is generated by Lespada CS , the price is set by seller , if out of stock why still allow buyer to buy? if wrong pricing why never change the price or delete the page & still allow buyer to buy? Why blame system glitch and multiple dupe abuse voucher ? u no hack their system or abuse anything , everything is provided by them , even the SV is generated by them.    if not allow buyer use SV to purchase , what can you do for SV? just a figure in your account?   

If the price is higher than retails store / shopping center , what is the point shopping in lespada? sometimes u might received faulty/ damage item & u need to bare the courier fees , if received damaged u need to send back to them , the whole process take few weeks already.
once cancelled , auto refund in store credit & you need take your value time to complaints to lespada , your money stuck for 2-4 weeks during the process [from purchase> cancelled order > refund to your your bank]
lespada got show in TV3 getting popular , they dont care loss customers buy from them , cause getting more and more new buyer , even no voucher still got people buy from them 

My PGC also yesterday night cant use, today lunch also cant use. sad.

Yup, tried earlier in the evening and it didn't work.. Pre-birthday sales cards. Tried 3 different ones, all failed to authorize. Station attendants acknowledged the problem saying what to do. I ask where to complain, do face like dunno... Or perhaps could be language barrier problem.. End up had to pay differently..
