if lazada cancel they will wait until over the promised delivery date, sometime wont cancel until u contact them.

No that is not true as i posted at shopee thread, item already sent out but stucked at poslaju batu caves for over 2 weeks.
buyer press refund and seller press dispute, 2 days later shopee force refund to buyer.

Now after 1 month stucked finally get delivered. have to ask buyer to send back item.

That is courier problem not seller nor shopee problem.

What do u expect shopee to do?
