good luck , SV hard to get nowadays

I remember last time birthday promo got glitches, some cancel within 24 / 48 hours and refund immediately, some took more than 2 weeks

Those cancel and refund within 2 days, no SV at all
Those that cancelled two weeks later they only give refund to wallet (because I paid by wallet) , no SV given no matter how hard I tried.
The only one I got SV was on an order where I applied a unique discount voucher, the discount was about RM5, they gave RM10 SV to replace the voucher
